Supreme court on wednesday up help mayawati government and GNIDA (greaternoida industrial development authority ) on issue of 156 acre land acquisition of farmers greater noida in uttar pradesh.
In a order of double bench justice singhavi and justice ganguly imposed a penalty of 10 lakh rs.on GNIDA, court say that acquisition of farmer land is totally violation of accusation law and seems misuse of power .
GNIDA acquire land for industrial use but change the use in construction and allotted to builders,court stated it seems state government only working for developers and builders only,massive acquisition of villages and transferred it to builders shown misusing of power.
A big set beck for reality companies like UNITECH,AMARPALI & AJNARA who already construct building on this land and ready to gave possession to costumer,this order also a big shock over mayawati government before state election.
