Fast food is a concept where food can be prepared so quickly people can eat everywhere it is just like to drink a coffee or tea at stall, in India fast food comes quickly as younger generation changing lifestyle ,development everywhere in urban India also,people working at shift timing and longer then normal time so they need to refresh soon and get fast food.
Indian fast food industry much market share like a stall or Lauri where just people stand and get their fastfood or someone pack them to bring at home,still very few fast food chain restaurants comes in India and they are still in metro,s and in big city.
Indian fast food is different then other country not like pizza,burger and noodle,in India it include paratha,pavbhaji,pakoda,sandwich,bhelpuri,potato sticks,chowmin,chola bhatura,fry rice,idli sambhar,vadapav, etc.
In india also chain of fast food international brand like mcdonald,KFC (Kentucky's fried chicken),domino,s pizza,barista and cafe coffee day.
Bhelpuri:
bhelpuri is very famous in mumbai specially in chopati ,a hindi song "chopati jaenge bhelpuri khayenge" show how much people like taste of it.
Chola bhathra
Chola bhatura is very famous dish specially in north region including state Punjab,Haryana and Delhi.chole is Indian name of chick peas (chane) served along with bhature one type of fried puff of meal flour.
take one cup of chickpeas leave over soaked in water for overnight,start preparing take peas in pressure cooker up to three whistle then take some oil in pen whenever oil get heat add cumin seed now add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, as they little brown mix chana masala.turmeric ,red chilli,salt,coriander powder for minute then add peas init and mix it well and simmer it for 15-18 minute.for bhature take all purpose flour add cup of curd ,spoon of ghee now mash it well with water as it become dough ,after this make some small balls of it and roll out it in circle ,take oil in pen to fry it ,just fry one by one from both side and served with chole along with chopped onion.
Idli Vada Sambhar
Idli Vada Sambhar is famous south Indian food in India just like savory cake in Andhra pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala .idli is just a rice cake to be steaming and shaped in round shaped 2or 3 inches diameter,vada is also a shaped like polo and both served with sambar.
For idlli take one cup black gram splits and two cup rice soaked for night and make paste with few quantity of beaten rice in mixer put it for 8hour for fermentation .put this paste in idli cooker and steam in pressure cooker for 10-15minute.
Vada is prepared just grind soaked urad dal and make paste mix black peeper,salt for your taste and fry it in oil make shape as picture below.
sambhar is just take little oil in pen heat ,mix 1/2 cup toor dal add water to boil. For masala use oil mix chopped onion ,chilli ,turmeric and correinder powder with sambhar masala and green bean it completely ready mix it with boiled toor dalmixture add salt too ,gave heat till boil for 5-10 minute your sambar is ready .
Now serve idli vada with sambar for breakfast and food.

Bhelpuri:
bhelpuri is a combination of puffed rice, sauces,crunchy wafers,curd to be served with plain namkeen.
simple to prepare bhelpuri first mix puffed rice with chopped onion,tomato and mashed boil potato,then mix some spices like chopped green chili,ginger with tamarind sauce also add salt ,garam masala then mix is well,there after add sev and crunchy wafer(puri) ,garnish with coriander leaves.Chola bhathra
