India is a nation of different religion and different state ,each state had its different language ,dresses and of course different food,basically different kind of food contain a aroma in sense of their culture ,in India particle name of food called south Indian,Maharastrian,Gujarati,Rajsthani,Punjabi and state wise .

In India all food contain spices and oil,proper use of spices make food a special taste which make food very special even spices are much type of and tradition of India to prepare and use all kind of spices in it.

Indian vegetable also different kind and places contain some special vegetables but potato and onion are always a common vegetable in all state,in Punjab special sarso da saag .

Indian food is too spicy and people using much hot spices in it ,much use of spices. like Ginger,Carom Seeds / Thyme,Cinnamon,Green Cardamom,Brown Cardamom,Asafetida,Mace ,Black Pepper,Garlic,Clove and Mustard Seeds .

Indian woman very dominated for preparing for family she know if the spices and ingredients used in proper blend create her food tasty for everyone.

I think variety and using of different spices ,vegetables and grains create Indian food much then any other country.
