Rumors and market expecting $ 300 billion relief plan for job but president surprise by rising more fund ,Obama feeling this will boost confidence in companies to gave more job there to gave better services to their customer and products.
In this package nearly $ 253 for tax cut and rest $194 billion for another spending,now worker will be relief to get 50% in payroll tax also companies which will hire new worker and raise exiting worker will be waived from taxes ,this will help to raise job in US.

After the surprise announcement to raise almost 50% in amount as expected by market ,reacting by market is not positive and fear to more pain in US economy which pull down DOW JONES and NASDAQ both index down by nearly 1% each.
